Upon arrival to your property, we will begin by performing an Exterior Check of your home to look for any irregularities. We will check the walls, the grounds, the roof from the ground, windows, screens, and more. We will also collect any mail, newspapers, or flyers left outside, as well as bring in recycling and trash cans if needed. If desired, we will check your gutters regularly or after a severe storm to ensure they are not clogged. These frequent and thorough exterior checks are very important to help detect issues in the early stages and deter tampering to your property.

After the Exterior Check is complete, we will begin our extensive Interior Check which will be more hands on. We understand all homes are different and will thus customize a multipoint checklist specific to your property and needs. We will check things such as windows and doors to make sure they are locked and free of water damage or mildew growth. We will check circuit breaker panels, water heater, A/C filters, humidity levels, temperature of vents, walls and ceiling, look for signs of any pests or insects, and check for unusual odors. We will cycle water in showers and sinks, brush and flush toilets, and short cycle the dish washer and washing machine. Our frequent and thorough home watch visits will help safeguard the interior of your beautiful home and give you peace of mind while away.
